Compliance

Compliance & Information Center
By using these forms and the accompanying information, you can ensure your screening program remains legally compliant. However, it’s always best to consult with experienced legal counsel to guarantee full compliance

FCRA Certified Technicians & Consultants
To help our clients maintain a legally compliant screening program, all team members who interact with customers are required to earn FCRA Certification through the National Association of Professional Background Screeners.

Disclosure & Authorization Forms
When presenting these forms to your candidate, begin with the FCRA Summary of Rights, followed by the FCRA Disclosure. The FCRA Disclosure must be provided as a stand-alone document, separate from any other forms. If your candidate resides in California, you must also provide a California Investigative Consumer Report Disclosure, which, like the FCRA Disclosure, must be a separate, stand-alone document.
